Cashiers checks, money orders, personal checks, and all credit cards are accepted for payment.
All sales are final on all items purchased at shows and studio.
Returns are only allowed through online orders and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 10 days in original condition when returned. Damages will be prorated and be deducted from return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
$500 minimum on all custom orders.
1/2 down deposit due to start on custom items. Paid in full upon shipping or pick up. Items must be picked up within 30 days of notice completion. A 5% storage fee will apply every 30 days up to 90 days. Cash or cashiers check will only be accepted on late items. After 90 days the product becomes the property of Bushere & Son.
Design fees start at $300 and are non-refundable, but will be applied to the balance of the item when completed.
We do not offer or apply custom finishes on our products. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase and apply custom finishes.
Timeline for custom work varies month to month. Estimated time will not be given until product is finalized and signed off by the customer.
Travel time for measuring , meetings and installation of custom work is estimated by distance. Fees will apply and be discussed prior to finalized decisions on the project.
Bushere & Son will not be held liable for accidental damages to customers property during time of possession, including all tile and pottery.
All items purchased from Bushere & Son is the owners responsibility to pay for shipping or transport unless it is stated on the invoice or contract. It is also the responsibility for the owner to contact and schedule their own shipping provider when having to use a freight company.
